Prop firms Trade Dispensary
can copy into
Trade Dispensary connects to the platform your firm runs on, not to the firm itself. If your account is on TradeLocker, MetaTrader 5, NinjaTrader 8, cTrader, DXtrade, TopstepX or Bybit, it works. Below is every firm we can name, and a ten second way to check the ones we cannot.
Before you start: check your own firm rules
Prop firm policies on copy trading differ, and they change. Some firms allow you to copy your own trades between your own accounts without restriction. Some cap how many accounts may follow a single source. Some prohibit copying between their own accounts entirely, or require every account to be in the same name. Propr, for example, classes mirror trading across several Propr accounts as account farming under its Terms of Service.
Read the agreement for your own firm before you turn copying on, and run it on a demo account first. Listing a firm on this page means the platform it uses is technically supported. It is not a statement about that firm's rules, it is not legal or financial advice, and it does not imply any partnership, affiliation or endorsement in either direction.
Check your own firm in about ten seconds
There are hundreds of prop firms and the list turns over constantly, so no directory stays accurate for long. This test does, because it looks at the thing underneath the branding.
Log in to your firm
Go to your dashboard the way you normally would and start your trading platform.
Read the platform name
It is written on the login screen or in the top corner. TradeLocker, MetaTrader 5, NinjaTrader, cTrader, DXtrade, TopstepX, Match-Trader and so on.
Match it below
If that platform has a section on this page, Trade Dispensary can copy into your account. The firm name is irrelevant.
The only firms that cannot be supported are the ones running a private in-house platform with no standard interface. If you are unsure, send us the platform name and we will tell you straight.
TradeLocker prop firms
TradeLocker is a platform, not a broker. Dozens of firms run their own branded instance of it, which is why your login asks for a server name as well as an email and password. Trade Dispensary supports every one of them through the same connection.
What you need
- TradeLocker email and password
- Your firm server name
- Demo or live environment
- No API key, nothing to request from the firm
What gets copied
- Market and pending orders
- Stop loss and take profit brackets
- Trailing stops
- Partial and scaled closes
- Live balance and per-account risk limits
- Panic close
Firms running TradeLocker
56 firms, compiled from the TradeLocker published directory on 19 September 2026. Firms join and leave the platform regularly, so treat this as a snapshot rather than a guarantee. If your firm hands you a TradeLocker login and is not on this list, it still works.
One thing people get wrong
The server name is not your firm website address. It identifies which firm instance you are logging in to, and it is shown on the TradeLocker login screen itself. Get it wrong and TradeLocker answers with a credentials error rather than a server error, which sends most people off checking a password that was correct all along.
MetaTrader 5 prop firms
Trade Dispensary drives a MetaTrader 5 terminal on your own machine, so any firm that issues you MT5 credentials works. That is most of the established forex and CFD names.
What you need
- MT5 terminal installed locally
- Your firm login, password and server
- Expert Advisor included in the box
What gets copied
- Market orders
- Stop loss and take profit
- Break even moves
- Partial closes, balance, panic close
MT5 availability differs by region and by product, and several firms route US residents to a different platform. Check what your own account actually gives you rather than what the firm advertises.
NinjaTrader 8 prop firms
Futures firms mostly settled on NinjaTrader 8 after ProjectX withdrew its licence from third party firms in February 2026. Trade Dispensary copies into NinjaTrader through a signed Add-On that ships with the software.
What you need
- NinjaTrader 8 installed locally
- The Trade Dispensary Add-On, included
- No API key and no subscription
What gets copied
- OCO bracket orders
- Market orders with Price Translate
- Partial closes
- Live balance, Risk Guard, panic close
Futures firms change data feed and platform partners often. If your firm gives you a NinjaTrader 8 login, it works, whichever feed sits behind it.
TopstepX and ProjectX
Topstep is the only prop firm still on the ProjectX platform. Trade Dispensary supports it two ways, and the second one exists because not everybody wants to pay for the API.
ProjectX API route
- Username and API key
- OCO brackets, limits, market orders
- Speed Mode, partial closes
- Balance and panic close
TopstepX web route
- Your normal TopstepX username and password
- No API subscription required
- Works on live funded accounts
- Market entries, full flatten, balance, panic close
One thing people get wrong
TopstepX allows one session per user. If you open the TopstepX platform while Trade Dispensary is connected as a source, the two fight over the session and one of them gets logged out. Start Trade Dispensary first, then TopstepX. This is a Topstep rule, not a copier fault.
ProjectX withdrew third party licensing in February 2026. Lucid Trading, Tradeify, Aqua Futures, Blue Guardian, E8, FXIFY, Goat Funded and Top One all moved to Tradovate, NinjaTrader or WealthCharts, so their old ProjectX endpoints no longer exist. Use the NinjaTrader or TradeLocker route for those firms instead.
DXtrade and Deepcharts firms
Some firms market a DXtrade platform under their own name, usually as Deepcharts. There is no public API, so Trade Dispensary drives the platform web interface directly in a local browser session using your own login.
What you need
- Your firm platform URL
- Your normal login
- No API key, nothing to request
What gets copied
- Market entries
- Full flatten exits
- Panic close
- Brackets and partials are not available on this route
Firms often run DXtrade alongside MT5 and offer you a choice at sign up. Where both are available the MT5 route copies more of the trade, so prefer it unless your firm restricts it.
cTrader, Bybit, Propr and Breakout
cTrader
Connects by OAuth, so you authorise it once from your own cTrader account and no password is stored.
Copies
- Market orders over WebSocket
- Partial closes
- Balance and panic close
Used by The5ers, FunderPro, FTMO and most cTrader brokers.
Propr
Crypto prop firm settling on Hyperliquid. Connects with an API key you generate yourself.
Copies
- Hyperliquid perps and HIP-3 markets
- Stop and target brackets
- Margin mode and leverage
- Partial closes, balance, panic close
One account per source. Propr Terms treat mirror trading across several Propr accounts as account farming, so Trade Dispensary blocks a second Propr destination rather than let you breach it by accident.
Breakout Prop
Crypto prop firm. Signs in with an account number and an emailed sign-in link, so there is no key to manage.
Copies
- Market entries
- Full flatten exits
- Balance and panic close
Bybit
Not a prop firm, but the most common place people route a copied crypto signal. API key and secret, created in your own account.
Copies
- Market orders, spot and perpetual
- Margin mode and leverage
- Fixed margin sizing in USDT
- Partial closes, balance, panic close
Bybit EU lists no derivatives at all, so a USDT perpetual is not reachable from an EEA account on any software.
Where the trades come from
Everything above is a destination. A source is wherever you actually place the trade, and it does not have to match the destination in any way. Gold on MT5 into a TradeLocker firm, a Telegram channel into TopstepX, a TradingView alert into four accounts at once.
See the full feature list for how brackets, partial exits, Price Translate and per-account risk limits behave across each combination.
Common questions
Which prop firms does Trade Dispensary support?
Trade Dispensary connects to trading platforms rather than to individual firms, so it works with any prop firm running TradeLocker, MetaTrader 5, NinjaTrader 8, cTrader, DXtrade, TopstepX or Bybit. That covers the 56 named TradeLocker firms above, MT5 and cTrader firms such as FTMO, The5ers, FundedNext and FundingPips, NinjaTrader firms such as Apex Trader Funding and Lucid Trading, and DXtrade firms such as TradersLaunch and FundedSeat.
How do I check whether my own prop firm will work?
Log in and look at which platform your firm hands you. If it is TradeLocker, MetaTrader 5, NinjaTrader 8, cTrader, DXtrade, TopstepX or Bybit, Trade Dispensary can copy into it. The name of the firm does not matter, because Trade Dispensary talks to the platform underneath. The only firms that cannot be supported are those running a private in-house platform with no standard interface.
Is copy trading allowed by prop firms?
It varies by firm, and it is the trader who carries the risk rather than the software. Many firms allow you to copy your own trades between your own accounts, some cap how many accounts may follow one source, and some prohibit it entirely or require every account to be in the same name. Propr, for example, treats mirror trading across several Propr accounts as account farming under its Terms of Service.
Read the agreement for your own firm before you turn copying on, and test on a demo account first. Nothing on this page is legal or financial advice.
Does Trade Dispensary work with FunderPro, Blue Guardian and E8 Markets?
Yes. All three run TradeLocker, so the connection is your TradeLocker email, password and the server name shown on your firm login screen. No API key is needed and nothing has to be requested from the firm. Market and pending orders, stop and take profit brackets, trailing stops, partial closes, live balance and panic close are all supported, on demo and live.
Does Trade Dispensary work with Apex Trader Funding and Lucid Trading?
Both issue NinjaTrader 8 accounts, and Trade Dispensary copies into NinjaTrader 8 through a signed Add-On that ships in the box. Neither firm uses TradeLocker. ProjectX withdrew its licence from third party prop firms in February 2026, so the old ProjectX route no longer applies to Lucid and TopstepX is the only firm still on that platform.
Do I need an API key from my prop firm?
Usually not. TradeLocker, DXtrade, Breakout and the TopstepX web route all sign in with credentials you already have. MetaTrader 5 uses a local terminal and NinjaTrader 8 uses a local Add-On, so neither needs anything from the firm either. Bybit and the ProjectX API route are the two that use keys, and you create those yourself inside your own account.
Is my prop firm account data sent to a cloud service?
No. Trade Dispensary is self hosted and runs on your own machine. Credentials are stored locally, orders go straight from your computer to your firm, and there is no third party relay in the path. There is no monthly fee and no server for anyone else to read.
My firm is not listed. Does that mean it will not work?
No. These lists name firms we can identify from public platform directories, and they go out of date quickly. What matters is the platform. If your firm gives you a TradeLocker, MT5, NinjaTrader 8, cTrader, DXtrade or TopstepX login, it works whether or not the name appears here. Tell us the platform if you are unsure.
One licence, every platform on this page
No per-firm pricing, no per-account pricing, no monthly fee. One-time purchase, lifetime licence, runs on your own machine.
Trading carries substantial risk and you can lose more than you deposit. Copy trading multiplies whatever the source account does, losses included. Test on a demo account before letting any software place real orders, and check your own prop firm rules on copy trading first.
